We will be hosting the 12th Annual Charlotte Racers Expo this winter on February 3, 2024. Events are liable to change dates, times or possibly cancel without notice to the Bike Week Events Trader. Make sure to check with the event coordinator for accurate dates, times and information. Exhibitor and his/her/its agents agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the direction of show personnel and facility event staff at all times for setup, show times, closing and teardown.

If for any reason the show management finds the method of operation, conduct, printed materials or any item of poor character or taste which is considered questionable, that exhibit is subject to removal. Giveaways of concession-type items (hot dogs, boxes of popcorn, etc.) must be approved by facility personnel. Exhibitors shall confine their exhibits to their own booth space and not protrude beyond or otherwise enter another space including the aisleway(s). Coming to Charlotte Motor Speedway April 13-16, AutoFair brings together the car enthusiast community in celebration of their shared passion for all things automotive. The new-look AutoFair will transform the famed 1.5-mile speedway throughout the weekend. The latest technology, trends, parts and products will fill the manufacturer’s midway. Additionally, the reconfigured swap meet, hosted by the Hornet’s Nest Region AACA, will provide a wide array of hard-to-find parts and memorabilia.

Full payment is required with the registration form no later than January 18, 2023, and payable prior to setup and prior to passes being issued. Swap meet advanced signup is highly recommended – space is limited and is sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Cabarrus Event Center & Arena has plenty of parking available for cars, trucks, trailers and other vehicles as needed. We have 10 spots available so don't delay on signing up. Your entry fee of $30.00 is good for all four days for one car and two people passes.

Vendors from across the industry are available to sell products direct to their customers or educate the customers on new products, concepts, or other related items.
